The Smoking Status profile is used to capture if the patient is a current smoker, former smoker, or never smoked.

This profile is used to capture whether or not the patient is pregnant while diagnosed with COVID-19. There is an additional profile to capture how many weeks gestation the patient was pregnant at the time of onset of COVID-19, if pregnant.
